Scheduling, Drop-Offs & Location
When do I drop off and pick up my car for a Full Valet?
All Full Valet appointments operate on a dedicated full-day schedule. Vehicles must be dropped off at 9:00 AM and will be ready for collection at 6:00 PM the same day.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome on-site at Gorey Shopping Centre! However, for Mini Valets and Full Valets, we recommend booking online in advance to secure your space.
Where do I drop my vehicle off?
Bring your vehicle directly to our location at Gorey Shopping Centre, Co. Wexford. You can hand over your keys, run your errands or do some shopping, collect your car when it’s ready!
Vehicle Sizing & Pricing
How do I know which vehicle size category my car falls into?
We classify vehicles into three distinct sizes aligned with our on-site pricing:
Small: Hatchbacks and 3-door compacts (e.g., VW Polo, Ford Fiesta, Fiat 500).
Medium: Saloons, Estates & Crossovers (e.g., VW Golf, BMW 3 Series, Ford Focus, Nissan Qashqai).
Large SUV / 7-Seater: Large 4x4s, 7-seaters, Vans & Pickups (e.g., Hyundai Santa Fe, BMW X5, Ford Ranger).
Are there extra charges for severe dirt, pet hair, or mold?
Our standard package pricing covers typical daily road dirt and wear. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy mud, sand, or mold contamination require additional labor time and specialized equipment, which may incur an on-site surcharge. We will always inspect the vehicle and inform you beforehand.
Service Packages & Inclusions
What is the difference between Hand Wash 1 and Hand Wash 2?
Hand Wash 1 is our essential quick wash, rinse, and tyre polish. Hand Wash 2 adds a complete microfibre hand dry and a protective high-shine wet wax layer to keep your paint shielded from weather and road grime.
Do you clean roof linings/cloths in the Full Valet?
Yes! Roof cloth treatment, interior steam sanitization, and seat shampooing are all fully included in our Full Valet Inside & Outside package.
